These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ShodaiGhorBD. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use ShodaiGhorBD you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Bangladeshi law.
• Not be barred from using the platform under any applicable law or regulation.

When you create an account with ShodaiGhorBD:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must immediately notify us at support@shodaighorbd.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You must provide truthful and up-to-date information. Accounts created with false information may be suspended or terminated.
• You may not transfer your account to another person without our prior written consent.
• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

By placing an order on ShodaiGhorBD, you represent that:

• All order details (quantity, delivery address, contact information) are accurate and complete.
• You authorise us to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method at the time of checkout.
• Prices displayed are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including when products are unavailable or pricing errors occur.
• Order confirmation emails do not constitute a guarantee of fulfilment; we will notify you promptly if an order cannot be completed.

We strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, however delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, traffic, public holidays).

• Delivery is available within our designated service areas in Bangladesh. Areas may change without prior notice.
• A valid delivery address and reachable contact number must be provided. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information are the customer's responsibility.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the specified address.
• Delivery fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict returns and refunds policy:

• If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• We do not accept returns on fresh produce that has been accepted at delivery without complaint.
• Cancellations must be made before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.

We make every effort to present accurate product information on our platform. However:

• Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual item due to natural variation in fresh produce.
• Product availability is subject to seasonal and regional factors. We do not guarantee the availability of any listed item.
• Weights and quantities listed are approximate and may vary within a reasonable tolerance.
• Any claims regarding "pesticide-free" or "organic" status are based on our suppliers' representations and our own quality checks.

When using ShodaiGhorBD, you must not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Bangladeshi or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders, reviews, or information.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the platform without our written consent.
• Interfere with the proper working of the platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

All content on ShodaiGhorBD — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs, and software — is the exclusive property of ShodaiGhorBD or its licensors and is protected by applicable Bangladeshi and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, or distribution — requires our prior written permission.

ShodaiGhorBDis provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall ShodaiGhorBD be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Any errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing.
• Delays or failures in delivery beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute amicably before initiating formal proceedings. Please reach out to support@shodaighorbd.com and we will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of ShodaiGhorBD after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
